Edmonton Oilers defeat Florida Panthers 5-3
The Edmonton Oilers are one win away from leveling the Stanley Cup Final after defeating the Florida Panthers 5-3 in Game 5 on Saturday night. The Oilers now lead the best-of-seven series 3-2.
Connor McDavid led the way for the Oilers with a goal and two assists. Leon Draisaitl and Zach Hyman also scored for Edmonton.
The Panthers got goals from Aleksander Barkov, Carter Verhaeghe, and Anthony Duclair, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Oilers' offensive firepower.
Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final will be played in Edmonton on Monday night.
